- • Inclusions: chairs, tables, basic sound, cleaning
- • Adjacent leisure pool: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM with lifeguard
- • Curfew: 9:30 PM; lights out 10:00 PM
- • Security deposit: Php 5,000 (refundable)
Covered Court
Peak hoursBasketball, badminton, barangay drills, and fitness sessions.
- • Hours: 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- • Lights fee after 6:00 PM
- • Priority: residents with booking
- • Bring your own balls/rackets
Parks & Playgrounds
OpenPocket parks around phases for runs, picnics, and pet walks.
- • Hours: 5:00 AM – 10:00 PM
- • Keep pets leashed and clean after them
- • No loud music after 9:00 PM
- • Report damaged fixtures to PMO
Rates & Fees
Standard rates for homeowners and guests. Subject to HOA approval.
- • Half-day (4 hrs): Php 4,500
- • Whole-day (8 hrs): Php 7,500
- • Cleaning fee: included
- • Overtime: Php 1,000 per hour
- • Court (2 hrs): Php 300 daytime
- • Court with lights (2 hrs): Php 500
- • Tricycle dispatch: standard barangay fare
- • Jeepney: regular fare, schedule at terminal
How to Book
Reserve online (beta) or through the PMO desk.
Pick your date and time. For events, secure barangay permits if required.
Fill out the booking form, attach IDs, and pay the deposit if applicable.
Receive a confirmation slip. Bring it to the guardhouse on the event date.
Downloadable Guides
PDFs ready for printing; can be hosted in a WordPress media library.
Submit to PMO with IDs; for clubhouse, court, and parks.
Dress code, guest policies, and curfew notes.
Security, sound system, cleaning, and barangay permits.
